Brightview White Marsh Hosts Educational Speaker Series with Dementia Expert
Free series for families, friends and caregivers of people living with dementia held on the fourth Monday of each month.

Brightview White Marsh is hosting an Educational Speaker Series with certified Alzheimer’s Association speaker, Deborah Hanna.
The free, interactive series for families, friends and caregivers of people with memory loss is held on the fourth Monday of every month at 6:00pm.
The next meeting in the series will be held on November 23. The topic to be covered is “Holiday Grief.”

Because of the holidays, there is no meeting in December. On January 25, the topic is “The New Normal.” During the series topics of interest to attendees are also welcome.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Therapeutic Education, Deborah also holds a graduate certification in Gerontology as well as a hospice certification in Direct Patient Care and Bereavement Training. Passionate about advocating for early stage onset dementias with the Alzheimer’s Association, Deborah speaks extensively on the topic of dementia and how to interact with individuals with any form of dementia.
