As a mission specialist astronaut for NASA, Dr. Don Thomas has flown on four space shuttle missions and spent 44 days in space. During his missions he completed nearly 700 orbits of the Earth traveling nearly 20 million miles. During this presentation Dr. Thomas discusses his journey to become an astronaut and what it is like living and working in space.
