Flash Flood Warning Issued for Baltimore County (EXPIRED)
The National Weather Service reminds drivers not to drive through swift-flowing water or water of unknown depth.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for much of Maryland, including Baltimore County.
The flash flood warning is in effect until 6 p.m. Wednesday for parts of Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
By 3 p.m., the National Weather Service reported that up to 2 inches of rain has already fallen and an additional inch is possible, with flash flooding “expected to begin shortly.”
