Man Charged In Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash In Towson: Police
Police said a man has been linked to the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run crash that killed a 20-year-old Towson University student.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A Rosedale man has been charged in the death of a Towson University student who was killed in a hit-and-run crash last weekend. Police announced the arrest of the suspected driver on Sunday, Dec. 16.
Man Bahadur Gurung, 36, of the 1400 block of Chesaco Avenue, has been charged with failing to remain at the scene of a deadly accident, failing to notify authorities of a crash involving injury/death, failure to immediately return and remain at the scene of an accident involving death, failure by the driver in an accident to render reasonable assistance to an injured person and failure to furnish the required identification and license after an accident, according to court records.
Gurung is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Police said that investigators found evidence linking a gray 2017 Toyota Tundra to Gurung in the crash that killed Mzimazisi Ncube, 20, of the 300 block of Burke Avenue, on Dec. 8.
Ncube had been trying to cross North Charles Street south of Ruxton Ridge Road when he was hit by a Toyota Tundra that continued north on North Charles Street around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, officials said. A Mercedes also hit him, and that driver remained and called 911, police said.

Ncube had been studying accounting at Towson University.
