The vehicle of interest — a lighter colored sedan — stopped at the traffic light, then moved to the left side of the screen in the video, officials said.
Police said it appeared that Laciny was hit by one vehicle, which left the scene, then was struck by a second vehicle that remained and whose driver called for help.

Last week, a citizen came forward who may have been involved, as a third vehicle, but police said Tuesday that this person was not the first driver to strike the victim; police continue looking for the driver who first hit Laciny.
After the crash, Laciny was taken to the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, where officials reported he was pronounced deceased.
