Trader Joe's Announces Opening Date for Shops at Kenilworth Store

TOWSON, MD — There is one more reason to celebrate St. Patrick's Day this year.

Trader Joe's is opening its new location in the Shops at Kenilworth on Friday, March 17. The store will welcome customers to its new digs at 800 Kenilworth Drive in what is billed as a grand reopening celebration.

The new Trader Joe's will reportedly be 500 square feet larger than its predecessor on Towson Circle, which is located less than 1.5 miles away and will close when the new store opens.

Not to worry — customers in Towson will be not be without a Trader Joe's during the transition; the current store on Joppa Road will be open through March 16. After that, it will close for good.

Trader Joe's at 800 Kenilworth Drive will hold the same business hours: 8 a.m.–9 p.m. daily. It opens March 17.
