Two Charged in Towson Home Invasion After Resident Jumps Out Window: Police
Resident got help as three others were tied up inside apartment, police said.

Two Washington, D.C., men are charged in a Towson home invasion after one of four people tied up by the robbers jumped through a second-story window to get help, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
Before 2 a.m. on Sunday, three men and a woman heard a knock at the door while in an apartment in the 400 block of Campus View Drive, police reported. One of the men got up to answer the door and two men—one with a gun—entered, demanding to know where the money and drugs were located, the report said.

While the man was alone in his room, he jumped out the second-story window covered by a screen and ran to get help, according to police.
Police arrived just as the suspects were leaving the apartment, with electronics and other stolen items in their possession, officials reported.
David Thompson, 24, of 200 block of I Street Southwest, is charged with home invasion, four counts of armed robbery, four counts of first-degree assault, using a handgun to commit a felony crime, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, illegal possession of a firearm and having a handgun on his person, court records show.
Police said Thompson was being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Demencio Trevon Wilson, 20, of the 400 block of Ogeltherp Street Northeast, is charged with home invasion, four counts of armed robbery, four counts of first-degree assault and using a firearm to commit a felony crime, according to court records.
Police said Wilson was being held with bail set at $1 million.
The resident who jumped out the window was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries he got while escaping, according to police, who said his condition was not known.
Authorities were investigating whether the crime was targeted.
There was ”nothing to indicate there were any drugs in the apartment,” Cpl. John Wachter of the Baltimore County Police Department told Patch. He added that, based on the charges, the suspects were not in possession of drugs.
