West Towson Elementary To Close Early On Thursday

TOWSON, MD — West Towson Elementary School will close early on Thursday, Jan. 31. There was an issue with utilities near the school in the 6900 block of North Charles Street, officials said.

The reason for the early dismissal was a water main break in the area, according to Baltimore County Public Schools.

All after-school and evening activities at West Towson Elementary are canceled on Thursday.

The early dismissal comes after school began on a two-hour delay Thursday.
