The Board of County Commissioners congratulated and recognized county planner, Michael Zepp, for his outstanding achievement in being named Plan Reviewer of the Year by the Maryland Building Officials Association.
Michael was presented with a plaque recognizing his achievement which stated: In recognition of your outstanding service, commitment and contribution to the organization in promoting professionalism in consistency in the application and enforcement of building codes throughout the state Awarded: 1 December 2011

Commissioner Doug Howard said “It is something we talk about quite often, but many of the folks that work in Carroll County government are the very best in what they do. It is great when we have an opportunity to recognize that and hope that our citizens do as well.”
