The Carroll County Board of Commisioners are holding an open session meeting in Room 311 of the County Office Building. The agenda includes: public comment, bid approval for the renovation of the third floor of library headquarters, bid approval for the Avamar backup system, Carroll County Farm Museum discussion and review and consideration of the Maryland Aviation Administrations award for funds to reimburse the county for expenses incurred for the airport environmental review.
