Board of County Commissioners Meeting Open Session

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners are holding an open session meeting in Room 003 of the County Office Building. The agenda will include Carroll County Road Priorities, public comment, request to proceed to public hearing with regard to minimum number of required plumbing fixtures in commercial buildings, remove requirement for pressure relief valve on systems connected to municipal water, briefing on upcoming public hearing on adding an amendment to tem year solid waste management plan to address collection and recycling of fluorescent lights that contain mercury and review and approve the town/county agreements for the towns of Union Bridge, New Windsor, Manchester and Sykesville and the city of Westminster.
