The Carroll County Board of County Commissioners is holding an open session meeting. The agenda for the meeting will include a Public Hearing concerning Carroll Access, Review and Approval of a Grant Proposal for Older Drivers, an Update on Carroll County Adult Drug Court Funding, a Review from Carroll County Board of Education and a Bid Approval for the Pavement Management Software System. The meeting will take place in the County Office Building, Room 311.
