NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS CARROLL COUNTY, MARYLAND
AGENDA

On December 14, 2011, beginning at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Board of License Commissioners will hold public hearings in the Public Hearing Room 003/004 (lower level) of the Carroll County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157, for the following cases and any other official business:

• 10:00 a.m. Case 5619, Application of Habib M. Rahimi and Kim M. Rahimi for a Class B – Beer & Wine License for the use of Bagel Café, Inc., t/a Habib’s Kabob, 1720 Liberty Road, A&B, Eldersburg, in Election District 5. The license authorizes the holder to keep and sell beer and light wines at retail at the place herein described for consumption on the premises or elsewhere.

• 11:00 a.m. Case 5620, Application of John Furbay and Roula Sakellis for a Class B – Beer, Wine & Liquor License for the use of Karpathoes, Inc., t/a Fratelli’s Italian & Seafood Restaurant, 2315 A-B Hanover Pike, Hampstead, in Election District 8. The license authorizes the holder to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at retail, at the place herein described, for consumption on the premises only, but sales of beer and wine for consumption off the premises may be made on any day of the week.

The Board will meet thereafter to discuss in open session any pending or new business.
