The Board of Commissioners invite the public to attend the Celebrating America events to commemorate Carroll County Day. The events begin with a rededication of the Freedom Shrine in the hallway of the County Office Building. Following the rededication there will be presentation at the Historical Society at Holy Cross Hall in Ascension Episcopal Church. Cake and beverages will be served.
