The Carroll County Health Department Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program is holding the 8th Annual Fresh Start Farmers' Market. The market will coincide with the distribution of the WIC coupon checks for the Farmers' Market Nutrition Program. The event is open to the public and coupon checks from the WIC Program, Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program as well as cash will be accepted.
