The Carroll County Government is holding a Public Hearing in the Community Meeting Room at the New Windsor Branch Library. The hearing is for the Board's consideration of the Lehigh Cement Companies submission of a petition to the County requesting an expansion of the Mineral Resource Notification (MRN) areas at the New Windsor Quarry. Commissioners Howard, Shoemaker, Frazier, Rothschild and Roush will be in attendance.
