Open House at White Oak Senior Center – FREE
Thursday, March 28 -- 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The Senior Center is located in the White Oak Community Recreation Center, 1700 April Lane, Silver Spring.
The center shares state-of-the-art amenities with the community center, including two full-size gymnasiums, spacious social hall and expansive art and crafts facilities. There will be demonstrations of Chair Aerobics, Functional Balance, Soul Line Dance, Senior Fit, Tai-Chi, Yogalates, Zumba Gold.
