Stores throughout the mall will provide treats for children ages 12 and under, wearing a costume and accompanied by an adult. In addition, there will be a contest to find the mall's best children's costume. Parents can sign up for a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree, and receive exclusive retailer discounts and special benefits.
