Why Go? It’s an open house, with a carnival atmosphere. Food, free ice cream and unlimited moon bouncing for $2.50. Of course, the pool is available all day as well.
Pricing: Free admission, $2.50 for moon bounce and obstacle course wristband, 50 cent carnival games.

When/Where: June 11, 5-7 p.m., Everyday Gourmet, 6923 Laurel Ave, Takoma Park
Why Go? Takoma Park’s Folk Festival is one of the biggest events of the year, but it ain’t cheap. This pub-crawl fundraiser will help fund the folk festival, at Takoma Park bars Everyday Gourmet, Roscoe’s and the Olive Lounge.
