Wheaton to D.C. - One Route for Bike to Work Day

Tomorrow, is Washington Area Bike Association's . There's a "pit-stop" at One Discovery Place in downtown Silver Spring.

On our Facebook page, Nathan Casaday asked, "What's the best route to get into the city from Wheaton via bike?" An intriguing question, and one that we couldn't answer with any certainty, seeing that Georgia Avenue all the way down might be terrifying.

We asked Director of Community Outreach for WABA Greg Billing what might be a good route He showed us the bicycle directions on Google Maps. Here's the directions to downtown D.C. includes bike trails in the area as well.
