2 Acton Residents Charged with OUI in Concord

Two Acton residents were recently charged with OUI in Concord.

The following arrest information is from the Concord police log. The arrests do no indicate convictions.

Fri., Dec. 5

• 1:21 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Ryan Hargesheimer, 32, of Acton, was charged with OUI (liquor) and speeding.

Sun., Dec. 7

• 5:39 p.m. Following a crash on Commonwealth Avenue, Donna Rassulo, 63, of Acton, was charged with OUI (liquor, third offense), negligent driving, and a lane violation.

Concord police said they’ve experienced a spike in OUI arrests this year.
