Acton Police Arrest Man in Bizarre Indecent Exposure Incident

Acton police arrested a local man on charges he exposed himself to a woman in the Parker Street area.

Police said on June 23, Romerito Abreu, 24, of Hudson, parked on Parker Street, walked in the woods, then jumped out and exposed himself to a woman walking down the street. A resident saw the incident and confronted Abreu, who ran back into the woods, police said. Police said he committed a similar act in Stow recently.

Abreu was arrested Tuesday on two warrants for open and gross lewdness.

Police said they were able to track him down thanks to a description of the suspect and his license plate from the resident on Parker Street.
