In this introductory class you will learn the foundational elements of the Zentangle® Method, a meditative form of art that blends simple patterns with the practice of mindfulness. Through guided instruction, you will explore how intentional lines and repetition can help reduce stress and nurture relaxation and flow. During this class, you will create your own small work of Zentangle-inspired art with gentle coaching in a peaceful, non-judgmental environment. You will leave with the tools and knowledge to continue your practice at home or to pursue Zentangle classes beyond the basics.
