Attention all Civil War, History
& Music Buffs – All are invited to join us for an
evening of fun for all ages. Audience members sing along as the Civil War is
brought to life in music, text, and image during this multimedia program,
featuring complete songs (rally and camp songs, fiddle tunes, parlor music,
spirituals, & more) performed by the Hardtacks on period
instruments, interspersed with contemporary voices from letters, books,
artwork, and historical documents. Year by year, the tumult, tragedies, and triumphs of the era unfold in the music and words of the people who lived them.
Cost is $15/pp & includes refreshments; tickets at the door & children under
12 are free. Facility is handicapped accessible. For more information
