Danny’s Place Youth Center, an after-school drop-in program for the Acton-Boxborough community, is holding its inaugural auction benefit.
Called A Night of Harmony, the event will feature performances by Ball in the House, a five-member a cappella group that brilliantly blends a wide range of influences, from classic R&B to pop, hip-hop and gospel. They have performed with such artists as The Beach Boys, Gladys Knight, The Jonas Brothers, Jessica Simpson, Blondie, The Temptations, Smokey Robinson, and numerous others. A review from the Boston Globe put it very succinctly "Ball in the House has everything you would expect to find in a successful pop/rock band....the one thing it doesn't have is instruments." Ball in the House will perform both alone and with our own ABRHS a cappella group, 13 Fish Named Jennifer!
In additional to amazing music, enjoy food, drink, raffles and an auction.

Danny's Place provides dedicated space during after-school hours for 6th through 12th
graders right on the AB campus. We offer a place for students to relax and enjoy unstructured
time, or participate in classes and workshops targeted for their age and interests. Special
events and activities are held in the evenings to give our youth a safe place to go and have
fun with their friends. To learn more about Danny’s Place, go to www.dannys-place.org.
