We are accepting registrations for our Build A Bird House class for children ages 4-8, accompanied by a parent.
Do you love birds? Then build a bird house with us that will provide a much needed nesting and roosting habitat for them right in your yard. Wrens, Chickadees, Swallows, Nuthatches, and Titmice are a few of the birds that might become your new neighbors. The bird house will give you and your family an opportunity to observe birds and their lives more closely. We’ll talk about proper maintenance for the house, to ensure repeated visitors year after year. This class is for a child accompanied by an adult. Students should bring a hammer. All other materials will be provided. A $12 materials fee is due to the instructor, John Bailey, at the class.
