PLANNING TO DO SOME TRAVEL this summer? Or would you just like to begin making a record of the bits and pieces of your life? Sketchbooks are a wonderful way to record your visions, be they simple or complex.
This Sketchbooking workshop will include subject matter selection, hatching and mark-making, color blending, drawing people, buildings and landscapes, speed sketching, composition, using negative space as a guide, looking at the world through a naturalist’s eyes, learning how to "see," and looking for surprises. Each participant will receive a sketchbook and a selection of color pencils.
