• Middlesex Sheriff's Office Celebrates Successful 25th Season of its Youth Public Safety Academy (hollistonreporter.com) — Acton kids were among the 513 cadets who joined the Middlesex Sheriff's Youth Public Safety Academy in Chelmsford this summer, marking the program's 25th year. Over five weeks, children from 40 communities learned about fire safety, emergency response, and law enforcement through hands-on activities with local police, firefighters, EMTs, and other partners. The academy aims to build confidence, leadership, and positive relationships with public safety professionals.
