Severe T-Storm Alert for Acton
Thunderstorms were possible for a large portion of the state, according to the National Weather Service.
A severe thunderstorm watch was issued for Acton Wednesday afternoon.
The National Weather Service declared the alert, which was in effect until 9 p.m.
Heavy rain, strong winds, and hail were all possible, according to NWS. The watch covered much of eastern and central Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
