VIDEO: Busy Opening Few Weeks for Acton's Bueno Y Sano
Apparently Acton has been craving Mexican.
Acton Patch: So you're a dad of three, a husband and the owner of a brand new restaurant. These past couple months had to have been busy for you. How do you juggle all that?
Jason Brady (owner of Bueno Y Sano): "Maybe you should interview my wife and see how she feels about it," said Brady with a laugh. "I've been here everyday we've been open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m."
When Acton resident Jason Brady opened his Mexican restaurant on Kelly's Corner Wednesday, March 28, I don't think he was quite ready for the influx of eager patrons pouring in.

“One of the things we found is that a majority of our business is take-out; it’s almost like a Chinese restaurant on New Years Eve,” said Brady. "Our phones were literally ringing off the hook and when we opened our doors that was something we had to get control of. My apologies for anybody that was ignored over the phone.”

“To have the reception that we got with the amount of business that we did right off the bat was obviously encouraging,” said Brady.
