Crews also responded to a hotel intruder report, Phillips Academy students on a CVS roof, and smoke at a Main Street restaurant that turned out to be from a wood-burning oven.
• Hendrie Lane Capital, V12 Investments, And The Zaro Group Acquire 16-Acre Andover Portfolio For $43.5 Million (pulse2.com) — A 16-acre, two-building research and advanced manufacturing campus on Riverside Drive in Andover has been sold for $43.5 million to a partnership of Hendrie Lane Capital, V12 Investments, and The Zaro Group. The fully leased properties, home to firms like Physical Sciences and SciAps, are seen as a long-term, cash-flowing bet on high-tech manufacturing space near I-93 and I-495. Buyers highlight rising construction costs and strong demand for specialized facilities.
