DETAILS: Please join Blue Cross for a health screening at your local Stop and Shop. We will have blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and triglyceride screenings. Specially-trained Stop and Shop pharmacists can determine if you are missing any recommended adult vaccinations. From 10:00am – 1:00pm, attendees are encourages to chat with the nutritionist, Julie Hersey, MS, RD, LDN about your nutrition needs for optimal health.
