The three experts will give you an overview of the market and how to interpret it, review the timeline and process from getting started to moving-in and teach you about how a broker represents you and the value they bring. Other topics will include what the latest is in mortgages and how and what constitutes a mortgage application along with the latest in regulations, as well as why working with the right attorney can make a big impact on the outcome. Light refreshments will be served and participants will receive a home buyer handbook along with important handouts to aid in this exciting process!
