Mount Auburn Hospital Names New Vice President of Post-Acute Care
Denise McQuaide, RN, MSN, GNP Named as new VP

Mount Auburn Hospital is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Denise McQuaide, RN, MSN, GNP, as the new Vice President of Post-Acute Care at Mount Auburn Hospital. She also serves as the President of CareGroup Parmenter Home Care and & Hospice, Inc.
As a Senior Executive with over 30 years experience in health care, McQuaide will work with the Senior Management Team to develop and lead post acute-care strategy. This will include providing strategic perspective and executive-level authority to direct teams, make broad based decisions, and secure the dedicated resources needed to implement initiatives.
In her concurrent role as the President of CareGroup Parmenter Home Care & Hospice Inc, McQuaide has spearheaded the recent Parmenter Community Health and Hospice merger with CareGroup Home Care (a department of Mount Auburn Hospital) forming a new subsidiary of Mount Auburn Hospital. Designed to serve all CareGroup Hospitals which also include Beth Israel Deaconess and New England Baptist, the merger adds palliative care and hospice services to the areas home care offerings. In addition, McQuaide has been responsible for the development and fundraising efforts of hospice programs and bereavement programs in the metro Boston area.
Prior to this position McQuaide served as the CEO of Parmenter Community Health Care and Hospice.
