Glen’s genuine love of life was evident to all that had the pleasure of meeting and knowing him. He had the ability to bring a smile to anyone’s face, and his excitement and enthusiasm were contagious. Whether it was a wave, a ‘thumbs up,” a hug, a kiss or a sign, his message of love and happiness was always felt.
Glen’s life was filled with many different activities that he enjoyed, which exemplified his positive attitude and enjoyment of life. He started horseback riding at a young age with Iron Stone Farm’s Challenge Unlimited Program where he participated in various events. Although he received awards at shows, his biggest thrill was the opportunity to wave to the crowd. He enjoyed bowling and swimming with his housemates. In the summer he loved spending time at “Pat’s Place” at Salisbury Beach with his family and was always the life of the party at his family’s annual Fourth of July pool parties. Another special event in his life was the Special Field Games sponsored by the Service Club of Andover.
