Mercury Systems Wins $15.3M Navy Contract for Cognitive Radar Test Environment (envzone.com) — An Andover-based defense technology company, Mercury Systems, has secured a $15.3 million U.S. Navy contract modification to advance its Cognitive Radar and Electronic Attack Test Environment system.
