Rotary Club of Andover Now Accepting Applications for 2026 Scholarships
Awards Available to Support Local High School Graduates Pursuing Higher Education

The Rotary Club of Andover (Andover Rotary) is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Andover Rotary Scholarships. These awards, offered in remembrance of Philip Mercandetti, Barbara Doran, and others, provide financial support of up to $3,000 each to deserving high school graduating students domiciled in Andover who are planning to attend college or other post-high school studies in the upcoming semester.
Since the club's founding in 1995, the Andover Rotary has awarded more than $100,000 in higher education scholarships to Andover youth, reflecting the organization's long-standing commitment to investing in the community's future leaders.
To qualify, applicants must:

- Be domiciled in Andover
- Be a high school graduating senior (or recent graduate) planning to enroll in higher education (college or post-high school study) during the next normal semester
- Not be a direct relative (parent, grandparent, or guardian) of a Rotarian
Recipients are chosen based on the completeness of their application, demonstrated financial need, community service involvement, scholastic history, and clarity of future goals. Successful candidates will be invited to appear in person before the Scholarship Committee for final review. Awards are disbursed once proof of enrollment and attendance is provided.
Interested students should submit a completed application package by April 2, 2026.
