Andover DCS is offering sewing programs for all ages with instructor Carrie Midura during this Winters/Spring.

Midura owns the company Carrie & Fitz Sewing and has been sewing professionally, and as hobby, for 25+ years. She has taught classes and all ages throughout New England.

For those who do not own a sewing machine, and whom want to try out sewing before taking a full program, DCS is offering one-day workshops that are all part of the “Make it SEW Yours Workshop” series. During these programs, kids will spend two-hours (1:30-3:30 pm) hand-stitching and trimming special sewing projects. These projects will all be unique to each child’s specifications. There is no experience or sewing machines necessary, and each workshop will have a different focus.

For those whom want to try out sewing on a machine, DCS is also offering two extended sewing programs for kids and adults that run weekly.
