Shawsheen River Arts: A Juried Art Show Inspired by the Shawsheen River CALL FOR ENTRIES

Shawsheen River Arts is a juried art show supported by Andover Historical Society, the Shawsheen River Greenway Committee, Andover Cultural Council, Andover Artists Guild, Andover Tomorrow, working artists, and interested individuals. The intent of Shawsheen River Arts is to foster artworks inspired by the Shawsheen River by encouraging artists and the community to get involved with and experience the river and its surroundings. The resulting exhibition will be on display at Andover Historical, opening Andover Day, September 11, 2016 through December 22, 2016. Two-dimensional artwork (only) of all kinds will be eligible, including but not limited to works on paper, prints, drawing, painting, collage, and photography. Students will be encouraged to submit artwork. Deadline for entries is August 12, 2016.
