Arlington High School to Conduct Safety Drills Friday
If you see a police and fire department presence at the high school Friday, you need not be alarmed.

ARLINGTON, MA — If you are driving down Mass. Avenue Friday morning, you might notice a police and fire department presence outside the high school.
Do not be alarmed, it's only a drill.
Arlington High School will be running safety drills for students starting at 9:30 a.m. Friday. Police and fire department personnel will be outside the school, and the school will be closed to outside business for approximately two hours.

The drills are a part of the ALICE training program, which all of the Arlington Public Schools have participated in. Students and staff have been trained and prepared for the drills.
