Arlington Launches App To Report Town Issues
The Request/Answer Center mobile app allows residents to easily report issues with municipal services.
ARLINGTON, MA – The town of Arlington's Request/Answer Center is now available as a free mobile application. Residents may submit a request, review its status or browse the FAQ on the app.
"We’re pleased to add this new functionality to the Request/Answer Center," Arlington Town Manager Adam Chapdelaine said in a statement. "Now when residents see an issue with a municipal service, such as a pothole or damaged street tree, they can easily snap a picture with their phone and send it along to us."
