ARLINGTON, MA – The Arlington Police Department gave residents plenty of reasons to smile last week. Here's a rundown of the feel-good stories involving your local police officers.

Det. James Smith was honored Wednesday at the 18th Missing Children's Day at the State House. Smith has been instrumental in finding missing foster kids across the state and was recently featured by Boston 25.
