Arlington Police Offering Rape Aggression Defense Training for Women
The training is for women only. Here's how you can sign up.

ARLINGTON, MA—The Arlington Police Department is conducting a free Rape Aggression Defense course, and registration is now open.
The course will be held on July 28, August 4, 11 and 18 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The course develops self-defense options through lecture, discussion and hands-on self-defense techniques.

The course also focuses on awareness, prevention, risk-reduction and risk-avoidance, and progressing later to hands-on defense training.
