The deadline for donations is March 31, and the monument is set to be dedicated on Memorial Day, May 30. Donations can be sent to Veterans' Services, 730 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA 02476. All donations are are 100 percent tax deductible, per IRS Code, 26 U.S.C. § 170 (c) (1), and can be made in any amount.
