"My husband Tom Witkowski, daughter Alex, and I, thought that the contest was a fun community event," Davila-Witkowski said to Patch on Facebook. "As seasoned Halloween decorators, we knew we'd be strong contenders. However, we really began to worry about the competition, as we saw the pictures that the 2nd place finisher posted. His display was magnificent."

For the second year in a row, Steven Pappas' house on Cleveland Road was recognized. The video of his home shows what appears to be a woman being chased by monster type in the window. Pappas came in second. Linda Carella's home decorations on Milton Street came in third and the lights. oh the lights. Take a look below at the homes dubbed the best decorated haunts in Arlington.
