ARLINGTON, MA – Police have made an arrest in connection with a break-in at a local bicycle shop early Monday. Levi Russell, 23, of Somerville, smashed a window at Quad Cycles and stole a bike around 3 a.m., according to police.
Officers responded to a triggered alarm at the Mass. Ave. shop and found the right side of the glass doors shattered. Surveillance footage from inside the store showed a man breaking in and stealing a bright-colored Cannondale bicycle, police said.
Officers found Russell, who matched the description of the person on the video, about an hour later walking on Broadway with a bike matching the one missing from the store, according to police.
