Ask yourself these two questions:
- What do I want my kid to remember most about this time of their life? What is it that I want their story to be about "My High School Graduation" (Breathe in. Breathe out. Smile and remember them through the years.)
- What is your most important value? (Breathe in. Breathe out. Smile and think about what you are doing when you are expressing your most important value to your kid.)
Now what?
Write the story "My High School Graduation" with your kid every day for the next few weeks. Express your most important value to your kid every day for the next few weeks. Breathe in and breathe out every minute of every day for the next few weeks. Smile every time you breathe.
It's not what happens in life.
It's how you handle what happens in life.
