Could Your Pet Help Sell Your Home?

Stagers and real estate professionals will tell you to remove any signs of your beloved family pet when staging your home for sale.  Good advice, but implementation can be challenging!  That family pet who is used to ruling the roost may not take too kindly to being relegated to a cage or even a single room.  How about staging your pet?  This trend in real estate marketing seems to be catching on all over the country.  Why not?  If geckos can sell insurance, why can't your golden retriever help sell the family homestead?
