Daily Evening Real Estate Update for Arlington: Saturday, March 2, 2013 as of 6 pm

  •  Single family inventory increased with 1 new single family, increasing the inventory to 12.  Two properties already under contract closed on Friday. 9 open houses scheduled for tomorrow.
  • Condo inventory gained one as well, with 1 new condo, increasing the inventory to 22.  Two properties closed on Friday.3 open houses scheduled for tomorrow.
  • Multi family inventory remained the same, I received an inquiry about the list date and availability of the 3 multi family properties so I have printed all three of them after the condominium listings and included the list date as all 3 are listed in the MLS.  Thanks for the inquiry - my pleasure to answer.
