Daily Evening Real Estate Update for Arlington Thursday, Feb 28, 2013

As we head into the first weekend of March, Single Family inventory more than doubles -increasing by 4, Condo inventory increases by 4 as well.

• Single family inventory doubled, increasing by 4 with 6 new homes coming on and 2 going off (under contract).  1 home closed, sale price less than list price.

there are now 11 single family homes being actively marketed - or on the market

• Condominium inventory increased by 4 as well: 4 new condo's came on the market, and the inventory not otherwise affected by the 1 price change and the 3 closings ( actual sale price was less than the last list price in all three). 

there are now 25 condominiums on the market

•   Multi Family: No activity today

currently there are 3 multi family properties on the market.
